INGREDIENTI
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup washed glutinous rice
Meat
- 🐖 80g pork shoulder (cutlet style)
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 40g carrot (1/4 piece)
- 50g boiled bamboo shoot
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSI
Cut shiitake mushrooms into 1cm cubes and slice the stems into 1cm pieces. Dice carrot and bamboo shoot into 1cm cubes.
Cut pork into 1cm cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoot, stirring until coated in oil. Add seasoning ingredients and stir briefly. Separate the mixture into solids and liquid, then let cool.
Place washed glutinous rice, the liquid from the stir-fry, and water into a rice cooker, filling up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Add the stir-fried ingredients on top and cook using the regular rice setting.
