INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage, chopped
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌾 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

- 🍚 Warm cooked rice, as needed
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the pork into manageable pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add the pork belly, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Then add the cabbage and continue stir-frying.
Once the cabbage softens, add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and miso. Stir to dissolve the miso and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the mixture over warm cooked rice.
