- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 cabbage leaves
- 15g pickled ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1.5 tbsp medium-thick sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSI
Tear the cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Mix in pickled ginger and season with salt and pepper.
Plate the mixture and drizzle with medium-thick sauce and mayonnaise.
