INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g lettuce, roughly torn
Liquid
- 💧 150cc water
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSI
Tear the lettuce into large bite-sized pieces.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the pork, and remove any scum while stirring.
Once the pork changes color, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken stock powder. Stir well.
Add the lettuce, cover the pot, and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the lettuce softens.
Add sesame oil and mix everything together before serving.
