- 80g thinly sliced pork
- 50g maitake mushrooms

- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water

PASSI
Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce and water in a microwave-safe container. Add pork and maitake mushrooms, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until the pork is cooked.
Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1–1.5 minutes until semi-cooked. Let it steam for 1 minute while covered.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onions.
