INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Coating
- 🌰 5 tbsp white sesame seeds
- Potato starch as needed
Cooking Oil
- 5 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
PASSI
Make small cuts into the muscle of the pork slices to prevent curling during cooking.
Mix the marinade ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger) in a tray and marinate the pork for 10 minutes.
Lightly drain the pork, coat it evenly with potato starch, and then press both sides into white sesame seeds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pan-fry the pork until both sides are golden brown.
