INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 600g pork neck
- 🧅 3 stalks white part of green onion
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
Meat Marinade
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Cut the white part of green onions into 6cm pieces, slice thinly, and soak in cold water to remove spiciness. Drain well.
Slice pork neck thinly and marinate with the listed marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.
Coat marinated pork evenly with glutinous rice flour on both sides.
Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the pork until golden brown on both sides.
Place a portion of sliced green onions on the cooked pork and roll it up. Serve with mustard sauce for dipping.
