INGREDIENTI
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Pork
- 🍖 150g pork tenderloin block
Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Frying Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
PASSI
Cut pork into 1cm slices, tenderize with the back of a knife, and season with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl, add marinade ingredients, and massage until absorbed. Coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C, add pork slices, and fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Mix sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container and heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds. Stir well.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add beaten eggs, and cook while stirring until semi-set and fluffy.
Serve rice in bowls, top with fluffy eggs, drizzle sauce, and place fried pork slices on top.
