- 200g sliced pork
Citrus
- 🍋 1/4 lemon, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Season the pork with sake, salt, and pepper, then lightly coat with cornstarch.
Wash the lemon thoroughly, slice it thinly with the peel intact.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add the pork and lemon slices, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add soy sauce and grated ginger to the pan, then quickly stir-fry to combine.
