INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 200g sliced pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 can (290g) demi-glace sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Meat Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
PASSI
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Slice the onion thinly and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Heat butter in a frying pan, sauté the onion until soft, then add the pork and mushrooms and stir-fry.
Add 100cc of water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix in the demi-glace sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
