INGREDIENTI
Main
- 200g thinly sliced pork shoulder
- 1 bag (170g) seri
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (50g) green onion
- 1 bag (200g) shirataki noodles
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 50cc mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100cc water
Garnish
- 🥚 2 eggs
PASSI
Wash the seri thoroughly, remove excess water, and separate the roots. Cut the stems and leaves into 5cm pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Drain and let cool before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) in a bowl to create the warishita sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add green onion and stir until coated with oil.
Push the pork and green onion to one side of the pot. Arrange the seri stems, shirataki, and other ingredients except for the seri leaves. Pour the warishita sauce over and cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes until the vegetables soften. Add seri leaves and cook briefly. Serve with eggs.
