- 🧀 3 tbsp shredded pizza cheese

- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🍅 Ketchup to taste
PASSI
Cut the potato into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the potato strips with salt, pepper, and consomme powder.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and arrange the potato strips in a donut shape. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Once the cheese melts and turns golden, flip the potato galette. Crack an egg into the center and cover with a lid to cook the egg.
