INGREDIENTI

- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1/5 green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1/3 red chili
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thickly, and cut the green onion, green chili, and red chili diagonally.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, corn syrup, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and sauté the potatoes and onions over medium heat until the potatoes become translucent (about 1/3 cooked).
Add 1 cup of water to the pan.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan.
Add the green onion and chilies to the pan and simmer over low-medium heat with the lid on.
Cook until the potatoes are fully tender and the sauce reduces to a slightly thick consistency.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
