- 200g Vienna sausages
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
PASSI
Slice the potatoes into thick pieces, make cuts on the sausages, and slice the green chilies.
Heat oil in a pan and lightly stir-fry the potatoes.
Add 1 cup of water to the pan, cover with a lid, and cook the potatoes until 80% done.
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and corn syrup to the pan and simmer.
Add the sausages and green chilies to the pan and stir-fry until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
