INGREDIENTI
Hamburg Steak
- 150g ground beef and pork mix
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Potato Salad
- 🥔 1 potato
- 20g canned corn
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSI
Mince the onion and set aside.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Microwave the potato in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 4 minutes at 600W. Mash while hot and let cool.
Mix the mashed potato with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and corn. Divide into two portions and shape into balls. Wrap each ball with melting cheese.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add ground meat, minced onion, salt, and pepper. Knead until sticky.
Divide the meat mixture into two portions and wrap each around the potato salad balls, forming patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on all sides.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and plate the patties.
In the same pan, add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium until bubbling, then remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. Pour over the patties.
