- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (230g)
Seasonings

- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the potatoes into thin strips and soak them in water for 5 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain lightly.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds.
