INGREDIENTI
Vegetable
- 🥬 6 cabbage leaves
Meat Filling
- 300g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Cooking Sauce
- 🍅 200cc unsalted tomato juice
- 💧 200cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 bay leaf
PASSI
Boil water in a pot, add cabbage leaves, cook until softened, and drain. Flatten the stem part and mince it.
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
Mix breadcrumbs and beaten egg in a bowl. Add the remaining meat filling ingredients, including the minced cabbage stem, and mix until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into oval patties.
Lay out a cabbage leaf, place the meat filling slightly below the center, and wrap it tightly. Repeat for all 6 rolls.
Place the stuffed cabbage rolls seam-side down in a pressure cooker. Add the cooking sauce ingredients.
Cover the pressure cooker, heat on medium until pressure builds, then reduce to low and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
