- 🧀 4 cherry-sized mozzarella balls

- 4 slices of prosciutto

- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🌿 8 small basil leaves
Sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🍯 1/2 tsp honey
PASSI
Cut the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in half. Slice the prosciutto lengthwise and roll each piece into a rose shape.
Layer the cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto in that order, securing them with a toothpick. Repeat to make 6 pinchos.
In a microwave-safe container, heat the balsamic vinegar uncovered at 600W for 90 seconds. Stir in the salt and honey to make the sauce.
Arrange the pinchos on a plate and drizzle the balsamic sauce over them before serving.
