INGREDIENTI
Grains
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Vegetables
- 🎃 80g pumpkin, cut into pieces
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
Protein
- 🐟 35g canned tuna in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Other
- 💧 Water as needed
- 🌾 A pinch of white sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, salt, soy sauce, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer pumpkin, shimeji mushrooms, and canned tuna on top. Start the normal cooking cycle.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
