- 🎃 100g pumpkin, seeds removed

- 15g bottled Zha Cai
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🌰 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Place the pumpkin and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly. Roughly chop the Zha Cai.
