INGREDIENTI

- 🥚 Adequate quail eggs
- A small amount of curry powder
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- A small amount of black sesame seeds
PASSI
Add a spoonful of salt and vinegar to cold water, then add quail eggs.
Boil for exactly 7 minutes after the water starts boiling, then cool the eggs in cold water.
Prepare a thick curry solution by mixing curry powder with warm water.
Shake the cooled quail eggs in a closed container to crack the shells.
Peel the eggs by rolling them gently.
Soak the peeled eggs in the curry solution for one hour.
Cut the carrot into thin slices, then divide into six pieces to create comb shapes.
Make a small incision on the top of the quail egg and insert the carrot comb.
Cut a diamond-shaped piece of carrot for the beak and insert it into the center of the egg.

Place black sesame seeds in the marked positions to create eyes.
