INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1/4 head kimchi
- 200g pork
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
PASSI
Cut the kimchi into manageable pieces and spread it flat in a pan.
Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry the kimchi over medium heat.
Prepare the pork by removing excess blood, marinate with 3 tbsp of cooking wine, then add it to the pan and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar and continue stir-frying until the pork's surface is cooked.
Add enough water to cover the kimchi and pork, then boil on high heat.
Slice the green onion while the stew is boiling.
Once the liquid reduces, add more water and continue boiling.
Add the green onion and boil until the stew reaches a slightly thick consistency.
