INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 600g shredded cabbage
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 🌰 3 tbsp ground toasted sesame seeds
PASSI
Shred the cabbage thinly using a slicer, rinse it in water, and drain thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Add the shredded cabbage to the bowl with the mixed seasoning.
Toss the cabbage and seasoning together until evenly coated.
Transfer the salad to a serving dish and enjoy!
