INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 king oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1.5 onions, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, diagonally sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in water
PASSI
Thinly slice the king oyster mushrooms.
Thinly slice the onions to match the mushrooms.
Slice the carrot thinly, similar to the mushrooms and onions.
Diagonally slice the green onion.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the carrot first.
Add the onions and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked.
Add a small amount of water to the pan.
Add oyster sauce and minced garlic to the pan.
Prepare cornstarch dissolved in water.
Bring the mixture to a boil and add the green onion.
Adjust seasoning with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add the dissolved cornstarch to the pan.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve over steamed rice and enjoy.
