- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥦 80g broccoli florets
- 40g yellow bell pepper
- 🥬 50g lettuce leaves
- 🧅 50g onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dressing
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSI
Lightly sear the salmon on both sides in a pan with olive oil, keeping the center rare.
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain.
Slice the yellow bell pepper, onion, and lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the dressing by mixing lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, grated garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl.
