- 🦑 50g squid sashimi
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp salted kelp
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- A small amount of wasabi
Broth
- 💧 150cc water
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
PASSI
Mix water and dashi powder in a bowl to prepare the broth. Chill in the refrigerator. Rinse the cooked rice briefly with cold water and drain.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Place the rice in a serving bowl. Top with salted kelp, squid sashimi, chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and a small amount of wasabi. Pour the chilled broth over the dish.
