Main Ingredients
- 1 piece radish
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 💧 500ml water
- 1/2 tbsp anchovy powder
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 drop sesame oil
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients: slice the radish thinly, chop the green onion, and beat the egg in a bowl.
Mix the beaten egg with the chopped green onion.
Boil 500ml of water and add 1/2 tbsp anchovy powder.
Add the sliced radish and cook until tender.
Pour the egg mixture into the boiling soup and stir gently.
Season with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and adjust salt to taste.
Finish with a drop of sesame oil for added aroma.
