INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🌱 7 radishes (about 70g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🌿 Parsley as needed
- Soy sauce as needed
Sushi Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of warm rice (about 150g)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🐟 15g canned tuna
- 10g shibazuke pickles
PASSI
Thinly slice the radishes and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt into the warm rice to create sushi rice.
Combine the tuna and shibazuke pickles, then mix them into the sushi rice.
