- 20-25 rice cakes
- 🌰 1 handful of nuts
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASSI
Prepare the rice cakes.
Mix gochujang, ketchup, corn syrup, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water to make the sauce.
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the rice cakes until slightly crispy.
Add the sauce to the pan and stir quickly to coat the rice cakes evenly.
Turn off the heat, drizzle sesame oil, and sprinkle nuts or sesame seeds on top.
