INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 400g spaghetti
Meat
- 300g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (150g), minced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), minced
- 1/2 celery stalk (50g), minced
Cheese
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
PASSI
Mince the onion, carrot, and celery. Remove the strings from the celery before mincing.
Add ground meat, minced vegetables, and seasonings (☆) into the rice cooker pot. Mix well and start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, mix the contents and add shredded pizza cheese. Keep warm for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Boil a large pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Plate the cooked spaghetti and top with the cheese meat sauce.
