  • Meat Filling

    • 300g ground pork
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
    • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 tsp potato starch
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Mince the onion finely.

Combine all meat filling ingredients in a plastic bag and knead well. Cut off one corner of the bag.

Dip rice paper briefly in water, pipe the filling onto the wrapper leaving 3cm on each end, roll tightly, and twist the ends. Repeat for all 8 wrappers.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place half of the rolls with space between them, and cook over medium heat.

Flip the rolls once browned, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking until crispy, turning occasionally. Repeat for the remaining rolls.
