INGREDIENTI
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices sandwich bread
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (300g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves (60g)
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
PASSI
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice tomato into thin rounds after removing the stem.
Cut chicken thigh into halves and score the skin side. Marinate with sake, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger for 10 minutes.
Place chicken on a baking sheet and roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until cooked. Let cool and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl to make the mustard mayo.
Spread mustard mayo on one side of each bread slice.
Layer lettuce, tomato, and roasted chicken on one slice of bread. Top with another slice, mayo side down, to form a sandwich.
Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
Cut the wrapped sandwich into halves or quarters for serving.
