INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 250g cut vegetables for stew
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
Garnish
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
PASSI
Coat the sliced pork with cornstarch. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add the cut vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger) and stir-fry until well combined.
Serve the stir-fry on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
