INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh (cut for frying)
Vegetables
- 250g cut vegetables (for stew)
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 💧 80ml water
PASSI
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and cook the chicken until its color changes.
Add cut vegetables to the pot and stir until coated with oil.
Add canned tomatoes and seasoning ingredients, then simmer over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
