INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1/2 fillet mackerel
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (about 250g)
- 🌱 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sesame oil
- Pinch of shichimi chili powder
Seasoning Mix
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 2/3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 clove grated garlic
- 1/2 clove grated ginger
PASSI
Prepare the mackerel by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and cut the chives into 5 cm lengths.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the mackerel until lightly browned.
Add the cabbage and chives to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients and mix well. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with shichimi chili powder before serving.
