INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet mackerel
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 1 piece ginger
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Remove bones from the mackerel, scrape the flesh with a spoon, and chop finely with a knife.
Finely chop the onion, carrot, and ginger.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a frying pan until fragrant, then add the mackerel and stir-fry over medium heat until crumbly.
Add onion and carrot, and stir-fry until the oil coats the vegetables.
Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates completely.
