INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 200g somen noodles
Seafood
- 10g sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (for mixing)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (for frying)
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASSI
Boil water in a pot and cook somen noodles for 30 seconds less than the package instructions. Drain and mix with sesame oil in a bowl.
Slice the green onion diagonally and cut the pea shoots in half, removing the roots.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the green onion over medium heat until softened.
Add sakura shrimp and cooked somen noodles to the pan. Stir and season with sake, dashi powder, and salt.
Turn off the heat and mix in the pea shoots until slightly wilted. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
