INGREDIENTI

- 🐟 40g salmon sashimi
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced lengthwise

Egg Mixture

Sushi Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) warm rice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASSI
Prepare the sushi rice by mixing warm rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt until evenly combined.
Make the egg mixture by whisking the egg, sugar, and salt together. Cook in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly to create scrambled eggs.
Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips and prepare the salmon sashimi by cutting it into thin slices.
Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and layer the sushi rice, egg mixture, cucumber, and salmon. Roll tightly into a sushi roll.
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce on the side.
