INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of salmon
- 🥔 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 🌱 5 green beans, halved diagonally
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧈 1 1/2 tbsp salted butter
- Cornstarch as needed
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Salmon Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSI
Trim the green beans and cut them diagonally in half. Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges, and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Place the potato wedges in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes.
Marinate the salmon fillets with sake and soy sauce, rubbing them gently.
Pat the salmon dry and coat lightly with cornstarch.
Heat butter in a frying pan, cook the salmon until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook through.
Add grated garlic, microwaved potatoes, and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry until the green beans are tender, then drizzle soy sauce over and mix well.
