INGREDIENTI

- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🧅 1/4 piece fresh onion, sliced
Carpaccio Sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSI
