INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour as needed
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Aurora Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp vinegar
PASSI
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, let sit for 5 minutes, and pat dry. Coat the fillets evenly with flour.
Finely chop the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Mash the boiled eggs in a bowl using a fork.
Add the remaining Aurora Tartar Sauce ingredients to the mashed eggs and mix well.
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat. Cook the salmon fillets on both sides until golden brown. Serve on a plate and top with Aurora Tartar Sauce.
