INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Marinade
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSI
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them with flour.
Dice the cucumber, onion, and tomato into 1cm cubes.
Mix the marinade ingredients (vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil) in a bowl, then add the diced vegetables to create a marinated sauce.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the salmon until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until fully done. Serve on a plate and top with the marinated sauce.
