INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets salmon
Vegetables
- 1/4 yellow paprika (40g)
- 🥬 40g celery
- 🥬 Some celery leaves
- 🥬 2 green leaf lettuce
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Paprika Sauce Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
PASSI
Finely chop yellow paprika, celery, and celery leaves. Mix them with sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil to create the paprika sauce.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Lightly coat them with flour.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Pan-fry the salmon fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Arrange green leaf lettuce on a plate. Place the cooked salmon on top and drizzle with the paprika sauce.
