- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- All-purpose flour as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Parsley Sauce
- 🌿 Chopped parsley as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧄 Minced garlic to taste
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASSI
Finely chop the parsley.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, let them sit for 5 minutes, and pat dry. Coat them evenly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the salmon and cook until both sides are golden brown and fully cooked.
Mix all parsley sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Plate the salmon and drizzle the parsley sauce over the top.
