INGREDIENTI

- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Cooking oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 6-7 pickled shallots
- 2 shiso leaves
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASSI
Cut the salmon fillet into sticks and marinate with sake, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mince the pickled shallots and shiso leaves. Mash the boiled egg with a fork, then mix with shallots, shiso, mayonnaise, and salt to prepare the Japanese-style tartar sauce.
Mix flour and water to create a batter. Coat the salmon sticks with the batter, then breadcrumbs.
Heat cooking oil to medium temperature and fry the coated salmon sticks for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain excess oil and serve with tartar sauce.
