- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil

Cut the green onion into manageable lengths.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the salmon with the presentation side down.
Flip the salmon, cook both sides until browned, then add green onion. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce in order, shaking the pan to coat the salmon as the sauce reduces.
