INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets of salmon
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 red paprika
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato starch as needed
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Negi Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk of negi (green onion)
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASSI
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Cut the green peppers and red paprika into bite-sized chunks.
Finely chop the negi (green onion) and mix it with the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the salmon until crispy and remove.
