Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Coating
- As needed potato starch

- As needed salad oil

Remove excess fat from chicken thigh and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, grated garlic, and grated ginger. Add chicken pieces and massage the marinade into the meat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat the marinated chicken evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), ensuring about 2–3 cm depth. Fry the chicken pieces for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
