INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1/2 red bell pepper

- 20g vermicelli
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSI
Cut chives into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the red bell pepper, and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, cook vermicelli according to package instructions, drain, and cut into manageable lengths with scissors.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add red bell pepper, chives, and vermicelli, and stir-fry briefly.
