INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🍗 200g ground chicken (thigh)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (100g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSI
Finely mince the onion.
In a plastic bag, combine ground chicken, minced onion, and all ☆ seasonings. Mix until sticky. Seal the bag and cut off one corner to create a piping bag.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pipe the chicken mixture into 12 portions directly into the pan. Lightly press each portion to flatten and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the patties, reduce heat to low, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, increase heat to medium, and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Skewer two patties onto each stick, plate them, and sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
